Campden Home Nursing (a registered charity) have been caring for the terminally ill and their families in and around Chipping Campden since 1990. At the end of 2017 the charity received a substantial legacy that has given the charity the opportunity to expand and increase the scope of its care.
The board are now looking for 2 new trustees to help guide the charity long into the future in an evolving care sector and at this exciting time of expansion.
The Board works with the General Manager and team to ensure that the Charity fulfils the objectives defined in its constitution and acts in accordance with the Charity’s vision and strategic plan, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Having recently conducted a review of the skills and composition of the current Board, we are looking for new trustees with skills and experience in any of the following areas:
Whilst experience is important to us, it is equally important that new trustees share our passion, commitment and aspirations to deliver high quality care to those in need. If you believe that you have any of the above expertise, then we would be delighted to hear from you. Our new trustees should be able to demonstrate professional skills and have experience at operating at board or a senior level. They will need to be strategic thinkers and have excellent communication skills.
The trustee positions are presently unremunerated but reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
